Sargent Appliance is a third generation Michigan family owned business. The doors opened in 1954, and today, there are three beautiful showrooms to serve you: Downtown Rochester on Main St, Hall Rd. in Macomb, and Gratiot in Clinton Twp. All major brand name major appliances are available with most in stock, or available within just a few days. Each store features kitchen vignettes displaying room-size examples of some of our most popular major brand name appliances, helping you visualize how it might look in your home.

We belong to a national buying group with over 1000 members which allows us to price competitively against the "big box" stores. Next day local delivery and installation is available by Sargent staff. And we offer 30-day price protection.

While we consider it our priority to advocate on behalf of our customers when issues with the manufacturer's service occur, we do encourage the purchase of extended warranties. We attempt to price these warranties far lower than our competition so that they provide a true value to our customers.

Doc's Appliance Service is family owned and operated, conveniently located in downtown Utica. Proudly serving Oakland and Macomb counties since 1986. We repair all brands and models of dishwashers, clothing washers and dryers, microwave ovens, stoves, refrigerators and other large home appliances.

We offer advice in the shop or over the phone for those that want to make repairs themselves. Do-it-yourselfers can stop into the shop to pick up parts, although we suggest you call first to confirm the item is in stock. With fifteen repair trucks and many experienced service technicians standing by, Doc's is ready to help with your appliance repair needs.
