Next Day Delivery Available on in-stock items if ordered before 2pm Tuesday-Saturday, within 20 mile radius of our Macomb Warehouse.

We have delivery days on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Delivery Times - Our delivery drivers will call approximately between 9:00 am and 10:00 am day of delivery with an approximate time. If you are not home at time of delivery, drivers will leave a "Not Home Card". Unfortunately this will delay your delivery. Please call your salesperson to reschedule your local delivery at an extra fee of $29.95.

Old Appliance Removal - The drivers will move old appliances on a one for one basis. They will move it to the curb at no extra fee. If you need a haul a way, it is a $10.00 fee to the drivers.

Carton and Packing Material - Unfortunately the drivers must leave the carton and packing material at the side or front of home - whichever you prefer.

COD on Delivery - All COD's $1000.00 or more must be paid in the store before delivery. Cash or check upon delivery. (Drivers cannot provide change, so exact change would be appreciated)

Shipping:

We ship via USPS. Priority will be delivered in 2 - 3 working business days or Express 1 day to most areas. Out of state delivery is available via over the road carriers, delivery will take between 7 - 10 working business days. Orders will ship out within 24 to 48 hours. Drivers will call you the morning of your scheduled delivery with appointment time on all local delivers. If perhaps you are not home at time of delivery, drivers will leave a "Not Home Card". Unfortunately this will delay your delivery. Please call your salesperson to reschedule your local delivery at an extra fee of $29.95.

Warranty:

Minimum 1 year standard manufacturer warranty comes with all appliances.

Returns: NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Returns without authorization will not be eligible for money back. You must notify us at (800) 440-5774 or at dfaulk@sargentappliance.com explaining the problem and reason for the return within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise. We must receive the refunded merchandise within 14 days after authorization is issued and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Trim Kits, Special Orders, Panels and Accessories are not returnable. Any clearance items purchased are also not returnable, unless the damage was caused while in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Other Notes:

It is the consumer's responsibility to make sure the items that are being ordered will fit where you want them and always use the manufacturer specifications to confirm the dimensions.

Make sure you can meet the required gas, plumbing and electrical requirements prior to delivery. On some items, make sure you have the correct door swing.

Save all packaging material at time of delivery in a condition that will allow you to repack the merchandise if you think that you will be returning the item for any reason.

Take into account all door openings. For example, make sure the Side x Side Refrigerator will not hit the wall it is sitting against when the door opens.

Damages:

Please examine all products closely upon delivery. Because we un-box and set in place the majority of the large appliances ordered, you will have the opportunity to fully examine the product. Products that are not unboxed should still be opened and inspected for any damage before signing for delivery. Processing a damage claim is easier when damage is found at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading. We must be notified of damaged merchandise within 10 days of taking delivery.

For your convenience, cosmetic damages can be repaired at a later date by a qualified service technician in your home. This will almost always occur quicker than it would take for a new product to be shipped out to you. At the same time you can start to use your new appliance.

All of the products we sell include at a minimum a full 1 year warranty backed by the manufacturer for your peace of mind. If after installation the product does not function properly, you can call the manufacturer directly or call us and we will help facilitate the repair process.

For additional piece of mind, we offer discounted extended warranties. You can purchase these warranties up to six months after the products were purchased. If you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty, simply contact us and we will gladly help.
