Insurance and Receiving

Everything sent is insured. Please inspect the item(s) when you receive them and only sign if you know the product is acceptable. This means unpacking the items and inspecting before you sign the bill of lading. In the case of damage, please make any notes of damage found on the bill of lading. Once you SIGN the bill of lading this relieves the shipping company of all damage claims. Contact us immediately if there are any problems. It is your responsibility to inspect the item before signing for it.

What is your return policy?

NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Returns without authorization will not be eligible for money back. You must notify us at (800) 440-5774 or at info@sargentappliance.com explaining the problem and reason for the return within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise. We must receive the refunded merchandise within 14 days after authorization is issued and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Trim Kits, Special Orders, Panels and Accessories are not returnable. Any clearance items purchased are also not returnable, unless the damage was caused while in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Amex. You may also apply for financing credit through GCAF and Wells Fargo.

When will the product ship?

If in stock, your product will be shipped out with in 1 week to 10 days, if special order, delivery is subject to manufacturer availability.

Who fixes my appliance if something goes wrong?

If your appliance is under 1 year old and you need service you may either call the manufacture or Sargent Appliance and set up service. If your appliance is more than 1 year old and you purchased extended service, then you would contact Consumer Priority Service and they would set up service for you.
